What Is a Sound Circle?

A meditative sound circle is a deeply restful group experience where sound becomes a pathway inward. You'll be guided through a journey of voice-based practices, gentle breathwork, movement and yoga nidra (a guided relaxation practice often described as "yogic sleep").

The vibrations of the voice and sound move through you, helping your nervous system shift from stress mode into deep rest. Many people describe the experience as profoundly relaxing.

No yoga experience is needed.
