I'm Erin, and Beautiful Yoga is my heart project.

I came to yoga and sound meditation through my own journey of needing to slow down. In a world that moves so fast, I found that the simplest practices - breath, movement, sound - were the most powerful tools for finding calm and reconnecting with myself.

I'm based in Blackburn in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, and I offer intimate sound circles and gentle yoga classes for anyone who needs a moment of stillness. My approach is unhurried, warm and accessible - you don't need to be flexible, experienced or anything other than open to showing up.

My Practice

My meditative sound circles use voice, breathwork, gentle kriyah movement and yoga nidra to create a deeply restful experience. I hold these at spaces in the leafy eastern suburbs of melbourne.

From my home space in Blackburn, I offer gentle yoga on Wednesday mornings and restorative yoga on Friday mornings - small, intimate classes where we slow down, breathe deeply, and leave feeling grounded and restored.

My Approach

I believe we all need more opportunities to slow down, soften and rest.

My classes are designed to be gentle, welcoming and supportive, with no pressure to perform, push through or get anything right. Instead, I aim to create spaces where you can arrive exactly as you are and be guided through practices that help you reconnect with yourself.

Drawing on yoga, rest practices, breath, sound and mindful movement, Beautiful Yoga is about creating moments of pause in a world that often asks us to keep going.

Simple practices. Small groups. Space to breathe, rest and just be.

Come and Experience It

Whether you're curious about sound meditation or looking for a gentle yoga practice, I'd love to welcome you.
