A weekly restorative yoga practice designed to support deep rest and replenishment
Deep Rest is a weekly practice designed to help you slow down and replenish.
At its heart is restorative yoga, complemented by practices such as yoga nidra, vocal toning, breathwork and gentle movement.
This is an opportunity to step out of doing mode and into a space of being - to be supported by props, held in community and given permission to simply rest.
Held in a small group setting, Deep Rest offers a regular pause in the week to nourish your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
When: Fridays 9.30-10.45am
Location: Home studio, Blackburn (Full address provided after booking)

What's Provided: All props (bolsters, blankets, sandbags, blocks)
What to Bring: Your own mat, water bottle, comfortable layers
Arrival & Grounding
Time to transition from the busyness of the day and settle into the space.
Restorative Poses
Supported shapes using bolsters, blankets and sandbags with plenty of time to settle and soften.
Supportive Practices
Sessions may incorporate vocal toning, yoga nidra, breathwork and other restorative practices, all with the intention of helping you settle into rest.
A Soft Ending
Time to absorb the practice before easing back into your day.
This practice may suit you if:
No flexibility or experience required. Come as you are, ready to rest.
Refund Policy: Refunds available up to 24 hours before class. After that, bookings are non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else. If a class is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund.
