Gentle energy healing practice that creates space for rest and balance
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that creates space for your body and nervous system to soften, rest and return to balance.
I am a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage, bringing a grounded and intuitive approach to each session.
Sessions are deeply restorative and don't require anything from you other than giving yourself permission to slow down.
This is a space to step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with yourself and simply rest for a while.
Duration: 60 minutes
Location: Home studio, Blackburn (Full address provided after booking)
Investment: $150
What to Bring: Just yourself - comfortable clothing recommended
A Welcoming Space
Time to settle in and discuss any questions or intentions you might have for the session.
Gentle Healing
You'll rest comfortably while I place hands gently on or above different areas of your body, allowing the energy to flow where it's needed.
Deep Rest
Many people find themselves in a deeply relaxed state, sometimes drifting into light sleep or meditative awareness.
Integration
Time to slowly return to waking awareness, with space to share any experiences if you wish.
People often book Reiki when they're feeling overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected from themselves, moving through a life transition, or simply needing a space to exhale.
Each session is unique, but my intention is always the same: to offer a grounded, nurturing space where you can let go of the outside world for a while and reconnect with yourself.
No previous experience with energy healing required. Come exactly as you are.
Refund Policy: Refunds available up to 24 hours before your session. After that, bookings are non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else. If I need to cancel, you'll receive a full refund.
