About These Classes

These are slow, gentle, and deeply nourishing yoga sessions held in my home space in Blackburn. Each class weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, sound and restorative postures to help you move with ease and leave feeling grounded.

The groups are intentionally small so that every person gets the attention and space they need. Whether you're new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply looking for something quieter than a gym class — you're welcome here.

No flexibility required. No performance. Just gentle, conscious movement at your own pace.
