Sound Meditation & Gentle Yoga in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs
Beautiful Yoga is a quiet space for slowing down. Based in Blackburn in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, I offer intimate meditative sound circles and gentle home-studio classes designed to help you rest, restore and reconnect.
Whether you've never tried sound meditation before or you're looking for a quieter, more supported kind of yoga, you're welcome here. My sessions weave together voice, gentle breathwork, movement, and yoga nidra in a way that feels grounded and spacious.
Small groups. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
A restful practice using sound as meditation, with voice, breathwork, gentle movement and yoga nidra. Sound circles are announced through the mailing list as dates are released.

"A beautifully nourishing reprieve from the noise and haste of everyday life. Erin skilfully weaves an encouraging space to explore sound, voice, mantra, meditation and yoga nidra in a way that deeply relaxes the body, soothes the nervous system and uplifts the spirit. Something very unique and special is being created here."

"cymatics gives us the picture of the profound effect of sound on matter. Erin's sound circle gives me the direct experience, and i can tell by the smiles on the faces and the lightness in the step of all the other participants as they leave that this is a shared experience"
— Seth
"I have participated in lots of sound work and meditations over the years and Erin's sessions are different to what I have experienced in the past. I felt deep inner connection through the toning. The yoga poses for rest felt calming and expansive. It was really enjoyable and purposeful. Loved it!"
